Refund policy
Please contact us prior to shipping your products back for a return. DO NOT return items without prior authorization. You MUST obtain an authorization for return. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted and may be refused or disregarded. If we authorize a return, we will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions for returning the items to us.
DAMAGED, DEFECTS, OR SHIPMENT ERRORS
Damaged, defective, and shipment errors may be returned for a replacement, a full credit or a refund.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or shipment error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods at contact iglotions@gmail
Please include the following information: 1) name, 2) order number, 3) contact phone number and email address, and 4) a brief description of the damage, defect, or shipment error.
Delayed damage requests (after 7 days of receipt of goods) may not be accepted, and opened bottles cannot be returned.
An RMA number and return instructions will be given before you ship the products back.
Unless otherwise requested, all returns must be done via U.S. Postal Service regular service.
It takes approximately 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed.
OTHER RETURNS
If you would like to return your item(s) for reasons other than damages, defects, or shipment errors, there will be a 15% restocking service charge. You will also be responsible for the return shipping cost.
The product must be returned in its original unopened package and in a good condition.
After the product(s) in an acceptable condition has been received and inspected, 85% of the purchase amount will be refunded.
Before you ship your returns, you must contact us to receive an RMA number and return instructions.
